A great inspiration to many people
Lisa Chesson is making her Olympic debut in Vancouver, after playing at the 2009 World Championships. She spent the 2008-09 season with the women's residency program in Blaine, her first with the national team. In her world championship debut, she helped the U.S. to gold over Canada, scoring a goal and two assists in five games.
From the little peanut being pulled around on a sled by mom, dad and big brother Phil on the pond in Plainfield at the age of 3 to a 23 year old woman now competing in the 2010 Olympics for the United States of America, what a remarkable accomplishment!
